Job Description
Experience: 7–10 Years
- Design and implement audit logging, security controls, kill-switch mechanisms, and PII masking for AI/LLM applications.
- Ensure compliance with RBI Model Risk Management (MRM) guidelines and CCIL regulatory requirements.
- Define and validate audit trails, access controls, data protection, and model governance controls.
- Implement security and compliance validation across LLM, agent, API, and cloud infrastructure layers.
- Conduct security, compliance, and control assessments and maintain evidence for regulatory audits.
- Work closely with Infrastructure, IAM, Engineering, and Risk/Compliance teams to remediate gaps.

- Ability to independently explain security controls, risks, and evidence to auditors and regulatory stakeholders.
- Experience with PII/data masking, encryption, IAM, audit logging, SIEM, and security monitoring.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML risk governance, regulatory compliance, and security best practices.
