Job Description

    As an HR Operations and Performance Management professional, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various aspects of human resources to drive employee performance and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
    Overseeing the Performance Management System to ensure timely goal setting, appraisals, and continuous feedback for employees, thereby enhancing their performance.
    Managing probation assessments in collaboration with managers to provide structured support for new employees and ensure clear communication.
    Implementing and monitoring Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for underperforming employees to drive effective resolution and performance enhancement.
    Leveraging HR data to generate insights, track key HR metrics, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
    Leading the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HRMS tools like Keka HRMS/GreytHR to streamline HR operations and employee data management.
    Ensuring compliance with labor laws such as EPF, UAN, ESI, Gratuity, and Annual Returns through proper documentation and coordination.
    Overseeing Insurance & Benefits Management including Group Term Life Insurance, Group Personal Accident, and employee medical insurance to ensure accurate record-keeping and smooth claim settlements.
    Working with leadership to identify high-potential employees and implementing career development initiatives to improve talent retention.
    Driving initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.

    Conducting regular check-ins with employees, organizing team-building activities, and managing grievances to foster teamwork and enhance employee morale.
    Managing HR administration tasks such as leave & attendance tracking, vendor management, onboarding & offboarding processes, HR policy development, and record-keeping.
    Initiating employee well-being programs and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives to enhance employee welfare and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
    To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field, with 5-7 years of experience in HR generalist or assistant managerial roles. Proficiency in HRMS tools (preferably Keka/GreytHR) and MS Office Suite is essential, along with strong expertise in performance management, compliance, and employee relations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism. Experience in vendor management would be a plus.
