This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just deep business expertise and a sharp analytical mind.

• Design Complex Business Challenges — Craft advanced business cases and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, cap table modeling, and more
• Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Produce rigorous, step-by-step responses complete with financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porters Five Forces), and executive-level rationales that serve as the golden standard for AI training
• Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case study analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and professional-grade quality
• Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify and document logical flaws in AI reasoning — such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or failing to account for macroeconomic variables — and provide structured, actionable feedback

• Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
• Strong foundational knowledge across at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
• Skilled at synthesizing complex data into clear, executive-style analysis and recommendations
• Precise and methodical — you catch errors in financial formulas, data interpretation, and business logic
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
• No prior AI or data annotation experience required

• Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
• Background in data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems
• Proficiency in data-driven tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL
• Experience producing board-level or C-suite communications and deliverables
