About The Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for senior technical minds who can articulate complex reasoning with precision. Youll produce the high-quality training data that helps AI models move from generating plausible-sounding answers to executing genuinely reliable, step-by-step problem-solving in the real world.

What Youll Do

• Design and document precise, structured reasoning logs that demonstrate how a skilled engineer approaches complex technical problems
• Record sequential decision-making workflows — from problem framing through tool selection, execution, and verification
• Generate high-quality training datasets that illustrate expert-level reasoning and tool use for AI models
• Critically audit and refine AI-generated reasoning steps to ensure accuracy, logical consistency, and practical soundness
• Work across a range of sophisticated ML and engineering challenges — independently, on your own schedule
  

Who You Are

• Professional background in Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Exceptional ability to articulate complex reasoning and multi-step problem-solving in clear, structured prose
• Strong critical thinking skills — you can spot flawed logic, missing steps, or suboptimal approaches at a glance
• Methodical and detail-oriented, with a high standard for technical accuracy
• Masters Degree or PhD in a relevant field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently without close supervision
