Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to Senior Analysts across various finance functions, including financial reporting, accounting, planning, and compliance activities
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Support preparation of financial reports, analysis, and management information as required
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
- Prepare and maintain supporting schedules for audits, regulatory, and compliance requirements
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data within ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics)
- Perform account analysis and assist in resolving discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to support finance deliverables
- Adhere to internal controls, company policies, and compliance frameworks (including SOX, where applicable)
- Take ownership of assigned tasks across different finance areas and demonstrate flexibility in handling varied responsibilities
- Contribute to process improvements and standardization initiatives within AICC
- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred)
- 0–2 years of relevant experience or strong academic background for fresh graduates
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
