Senior Industrial Designer

• Concept Development: Lead brainstorming, research, sketching, 3D modeling and rendering for new products.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing to ensure feasibility, quality, and alignment with business objectives.
• User & Market Focus: Conduct user research, analyze market trends, and apply insights to create user-friendly, competitive products.
• Technical Expertise: Select materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes (injection molding, CNC) for cost-effectiveness and design integrity.
• Project Management: Oversee design phases, manage timelines, verify documentation, and ensure milestones are met.
• Mentorship:
  
  Guide and provide feedback to junior designers, fostering growth and skill development.
• Innovation: Drive new product ideas and improvements, staying updated on emerging tech and materials.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Typically 7+ years in industrial design/product development.
• Software: Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks), rendering (Keyshot), and sketching tools.
• Knowledge:
