Job Role:
• Handle customer queries related to technical services. Handling customer’s queries and requests for the services. (Inbound calls). Understand customer requirements and provide the best customer service experience.
• Provide appropriate solutions and ensure quality customer support
• Good communication in English & Hindi (Mandatory)
• Good typing skills
• Graduation is mandatory
