• Purpose of the Role

To strengthen ALLENs day-to-day social media execution by managing content planning, coordination, publishing, and performance tracking across platforms, in alignment with brand guidelines and institutional priorities.

JD Pointers

• Handle day-to-day social media operations: execution, posting, coordination & tracking Interact & engage with viewers of the Social Media channel
• Accountable for content marketing calendar & initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads.
• Work closely to manage Online Reputation Management of brand & its entities.
• Working closely with marketing teams to understand requirements & goals & crafting customized & creative content marketing solutions.
• Manage, Analyse & create campaigns reports.
• Collaborates across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy & editorial plan to meet the business objectives
• Conceptualizing end to end content marketing strategies for all products & courses
• Measuring the results of marketing activity to plan future marketing campaigns
• Stay updated on industry trends & adjust the content marketing strategy as need
• Handle multiple properties like social media lives, quizzes, contests etc.
• Create & implement a network schedule of when clips should be set live, in accordance with the editorial vision, required cross-platform promotional & marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with Design to turn your writing into fully designed pieces that are both engaging & optimized for conversion
• Prior exposure to social media processes, platform behaviour & algorithm basics is desirable.
