HIRING: FINANCE & BUSINESS PERFORMANCE MANAGER | SAUDI ARABIA

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Business Performance Manager to join a fast-growing Saudi technology company working across AI, Digital Twin, Industrial IoT, UAV solutions, engineering services, and enterprise software.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead budgeting, forecasting & financial planning
• Prepare management accounts, KPI dashboards & board reports
• Develop rolling cash flow forecasts and optimize liquidity
• Improve collections and reduce DSO
• Analyze profitability by project, customer & business unit
• Support pricing and commercial decisions
• Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Support investment due diligence & financial modelling
• Improve ERP utilization, reporting & automation
• Ensure IFRS, VAT & audit compliance
• Plan and manage bank facilities and finance requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business

8–12 years of relevant experience

CA / CPA / ACCA / CMA preferred

• Experience in technology, engineering, consulting or project-based businesses
• Strong expertise in FP&A, cash flow, business performance & financial analysis
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset with the ability to work closely with the CEO
