Job Description
- As an Assistant Manager in the Soft Services Function, your role involves handling all soft service activities with the objective of achieving a Five Star rating in BSC Final audit and ensuring safety, security, and wellbeing objectives are met. Your responsibilities include checking the food court before operations, welcoming guests, ensuring smooth service, optimizing the dining experience, and interacting with guests to obtain feedback. You are also accountable for assigning tasks to your team, maintaining cleanliness, following safety procedures, and carrying out any additional duties as assigned.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Check the food court before operations to ensure cleanliness and functionality
- Welcome and seat guests according to company standards
- Ensure smooth service by checking tables and optimizing the dining experience
- Interact with guests to build rapport and obtain feedback
- Involve the Manager in case of any negative occurrences
- Assign tasks to team members for their development
- Reset tables promptly for the next seating
- Inspect and maintain cleanliness of dining equipment
- Maintain professional communication and relationships with team members
- Adhere to quality standards and safety procedures
- Familiarize yourself with fire, emergency, safety, and security procedures
- Maintain clean and professional appearance
- Carry out additional duties as assigned

**Qualifications Required:**
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Work location: In person
