Role Brief
We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist/Manager to drive ABDLs end-to-end recruitment across functions and geographies. This role will play a pivotal role in enabling business growth by building robust talent pipelines, institutionalizing early-career hiring excellence, and strengthening ABDLs employer brand through a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with ABDs business and growth objectives
- Lead end-to-end recruitment execution across levels and functions on a pan-India scale
- Partner closely with business leaders on manpower planning, forecasting, and hiring budgets
- Design, execute, and continuously enhance campus hiring programs to build a strong early talent pipeline
- Oversee and mentor a team of TA executives, ensuring delivery, quality, and speed
- Manage external vendors, consultants, and search partners to optimise hiring outcomes
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality and diverse talent
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, compliance standards, and diversity objectives
- Track, analyse, and present recruitment metrics and dashboards to senior leadership
- Drive process improvements, leveraging HR technology and HRIS platforms for efficiency and scalability

Experience:
5 - 7 years of relevant work experience
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution
- Deep understanding of manpower planning, workforce forecasting, and budgeting
- Proven experience in campus hiring program design and execution
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience working with HRIS and recruitment technology platforms
- Strong negotiation, communication, and influencing skills
- Highly data-driven, with a strong grip on recruitment analytics and reporting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
