M.Com/M.B.A/C.A (Inter) / ICWA with 10 plus years of relevant experience in a reputed firm. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Finance Manager and independently handling the accounts of a reputed Company. Very goodcommunication and presentation skills required. Must be familiar with tally,

quick books, MS office etc.

? Proven 5 plus years experience as Finance Manager

? Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company andgeneral market patterns

? Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsrequired.

? Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financialprocesses are being used.

? A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.

? Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations. ? Own conveyance is a must

? Preparation of monthly/quarterly financial and management reporting.

? Preparation of annual account for audit and annual statutory reporting.

? Monitor the day to day financial operations such a spay roll, invoicing andother transactions.

? Complete tax returns and other statutory compliancerequirements.

? Provide financial and analytical support to the Management.

? Develop implement and monitor appropriate financial systems,procedures, and internal Controls to support the efficient and effectiveoperation of the finance function.

. Develop strong and collaborative relationship with key stakeholders to ensureeffectiveness of communication and resolution of issues.
