About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI/NLP & ML Technical Lead to spearhead the development and integration of advanced AI capabilities our enterprise knowledge and insights platform. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers and data scientists to build intelligent systems that extract insights from unstructured enterprise data

You will be at the forefront of transforming how organizations interact with knowledge using contextual search, document understanding, predictive analytics, and scalable ML architectures.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of NLP and ML pipelines for tasks such as summarization, classification, clustering, NER, and semantic search.

Design and deploy scalable architectures for transformer-based models and traditional ML models across different use cases.

Drive the development of RAG pipelines integrating LLMs, vector databases, and retrieval systems.

Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data ingestion, preprocessing, and annotation pipelines.

Own the model lifecycle: experimentation, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

Mentor and guide the AI/ML team, lead technical reviews, and promote best practices in AI development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Python and libraries like scikit-learn, XGBoost, Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

Expertise in NLP frameworks such as HuggingFace Transformers, spaCy, LangChain, or Haystack.

Strong experience with transformer-based models (e.g., BERT, GPT, LLaMA) and LLM fine-tuning.

Hands-on experience deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Understanding of feature engineering, model validation techniques, hyperparameter tuning, and evaluation metrics.

Experience working with structured and unstructured data from enterprise systems.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills with team leadership experience.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with knowledge graphs and graph-based learning.

Understanding of reinforcement learning or recommendation systems.

Experience building intelligent assistants or search interfaces using AI.

Contributions to academic research or open-source ML/NLP projects.
