Job Description
- You are currently hiring for a Bulk Hiring position in the Chat/Voice Process for an enterprise business, with the requirement to work from the office. The ideal candidate should have 0 to 5 years of experience, and even freshers are welcome to apply.
Fluency in Hindi and English communication is mandatory for this role. The responsibilities include handling premium Voice/Chat processes related to customer service for enterprise clients. Candidates with any educational background and relevant experience in Chat/Voice customer service are encouraged to apply. You should be open to working in rotational shifts.
This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates. The benefits include health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule comprises day, morning, night, and rotational shifts from Monday to Friday. Additionally, there are performance bonuses and yearly bonuses available.
