Social Media Marketing Manager

Alluring Monks is a creative marketing agency working with brands across India and international markets. We are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands that social media is not just posting content, but building brands with structure, consistency, and intent.

This role requires agency experience and the ability to manage multiple clients professionally.

• Managing multiple brand accounts across platforms
• Creating structured content calendars aligned with brand goals
• Planning and maintaining clear posting schedules
• Conducting competitor analysis to understand what works and where brands can stand out
• Defining and maintaining brand tone, color palette, typography, and visual consistency in collaboration with designers
• Ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and positioning
• Writing clear, engaging captions that reflect brand voice

• Managing reels and short-form video content
• Growing followers organically and building meaningful engagement
• Handling community management including comments and DMs
• Communicating with clients professionally and sharing regular updates
• Coordinating with designers, content creators, and performance teams
• Tracking insights, analyzing performance, and improving reach and engagement
• Supporting paid campaigns by aligning organic content with Meta Ads strategies

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a marketing agency
• Proven experience handling multiple client accounts
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends

Salary range is ?25,000 to ?30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
