Job Description
- You are invited to join our project team as a Business Analyst. Your role will involve evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. You should possess expertise in IT project documentation, including BRD, FRD, SRS, flow diagrams, DFD user manual, and have a natural analytical mindset to simplify complex concepts for non-technical individuals.
Responsibilities will include leading reviews of business processes, staying informed about the latest IT advancements, conducting meetings to share insights, documenting results, and communicating plans effectively with cross-functional teams and management. You will gather essential information from stakeholders, collaborate with clients, technicians, and managers, provide leadership to junior staff, ensure cost-efficient resource allocation, and oversee project management to meet business needs.
To excel in this role, you should hold a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, possess at least 2 years of experience in business analysis, demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, have the ability to influence stakeholders, exhibit advanced technical proficiency, excel in documentation and reporting, and showcase competency in Microsoft applications. Your track record of commitment, effective planning, organizational skills, and experience in leading successful projects will be valuable assets in this position.
