Job Description
- The role you are applying for involves achieving order booking and sales revenue targets, unit sales, and collections within budgeted timelines at the project site. Your responsibilities will include ensuring customer satisfaction, supervising sales administration activities, and coordinating with various departments to address customer queries.
You will be expected to generate leads through calls and references, proactively contact potential customers to promote the project, and promptly respond to sales inquiries to maximize conversions. Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners, such as corporates, HNI clients, brokers, and property consultants, will be a crucial aspect of the role.
Negotiating and closing deals with customers, overseeing the day-to-day sales activities, managing the sales team, and ensuring their productivity are also key responsibilities. The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, fluency in English, and the ability to work in Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
