Job Description

As a Senior Manager/General Manager at Alok Industries Limited, you will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts for cotton yarn, polyester yarn, and special blends including Viscose, Bamboo, Tencol, and Linen. With your experience in both domestic and international yarn sales, you will play a crucial role in strategizing and achieving sales targets while managing key accounts effectively.

Your primary responsibilities will include planning and strategizing for target achievement, ensuring top and bottom line targets are met, and developing strong relationships with key accounts. Coordination with production, dispatch, and quality departments will be essential to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
To stay ahead in the market, you will need to conduct regular visits and communicate with buyers to understand new market trends and directions. Keeping the office updated on changing market trends and buyers" buying patterns will be crucial for success in this role. Additionally, you will be expected to provide tentative spot costing during buyer meetings and work closely with the team to meet buyer requirements efficiently.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, along with a well-presented and organized approach are essential for this position. A good understanding of yarn and related products will be advantageous, and your willingness to travel extensively in India and overseas is a key requirement for this role.
