Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Content Strategist/Brand Manager who will own brand communication and content strategy across all digital channels for multiple portfolio brands. This role requires someone who can think long-term about brand building while being hands-on with campaign planning, coordination, and execution across teams such as design, performance marketing, social media, influencers, and external agencies.

You will be responsible for ensuring that every brand communicates consistently, creatively, and effectively across platforms while driving measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Content Strategy

  • Define and own the end-to-end content strategy for portfolio brands across social media, website, marketplaces, CRM, influencer collaborations, and performance-led creatives.
  • Build strong brand narratives and communication pillars aligned with each brands stage, category, and growth objectives.
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all consumer touchpoints.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan integrated brand and marketing campaigns across channels including social, influencer, performance, marketplaces, and offline where applicable.
  • Translate business goals into clear campaign briefs for internal teams and external partners.
  • Drive campaign calendars, launches, and execution timelines to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Act as the central point of coordination between design, content, performance marketing, marketplace teams, influencers, and agencies.
  • Ensure seamless execution by aligning multiple teams on objectives, deliverables, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Review and provide clear feedback on creatives, content, and campaign outputs to maintain brand standards.

Performance & Optimization

  • Work closely with performance and growth teams to align brand content with conversion and acquisition goals.
  • Track campaign performance, content engagement, and brand health metrics; derive insights and optimize future communication.
  • Balance brand storytelling with data-driven decision making.

Ownership & Scale

  • Build scalable processes, content frameworks, and SOPs that can be replicated across portfolio brands.
  • Support new brand launches, rebrands, and category expansions from a communication and content perspective.
  • Stay updated with content trends, platform changes, and consumer behavior to keep brands culturally relevant.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 36 years of experience in brand management, content strategy, or integrated marketing roles (startup or D2C experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing, performance creatives, and marketplace content.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, briefing, and project management skills.
  • Ability to combine creative thinking with analytical insights.
