About the Role:
We are looking for a Director of PMO (Project Management Office) to lead our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) project portfolio in India and globally. This leadership role will ensure the successful execution of ERP implementations, driving best practices, governance, and operational excellence across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
???? PMO Leadership & Governance
- Establish and lead the Project Management Office (PMO) in Bangalore, ensuring adherence to best-in-class project management methodologies.
- Define and enforce project governance frameworks, ensuring standardized execution across all Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, reporting structures, and risk mitigation plans to enhance project efficiency.
???? Project Delivery & Execution
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Optimize resource allocation across projects, balancing workload across teams.
- Identify, track, and resolve project risks and dependencies to prevent delays.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between functional and technical consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
???? Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the key point of contact for executive leadership, clients, and project teams, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
- Manage client expectations by providing proactive updates, issue resolutions, and strategic insights.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a client-focused approach to project execution.
???? Team Leadership & Development
- Build and mentor a high-performing project management team, ensuring ongoing development and alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the PMO.
- Provide guidance on Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, ensuring the right approach for each project.

Required Qualifications:
? 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years leading ERP implementations.
? Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) projects.
? Expertise in project governance, resource planning, and risk management.
? Strong knowledge of ERP deployment methodologies and project best practices.
? Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management frameworks.
? Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
? Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Project Operations Functional Consultant Associate (preferred but not mandatory).
