Investment Associate - Private Equity

What role you will play in team: You will support the investment team in evaluating potential private equity investments and managing existing portfolio companies.

What you will do: You will conduct due diligence, build financial models, and participate in investment decisions.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct due diligence on potential private equity investments.
• Develop financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations.
• Monitor the performance of portfolio companies.
  
• Assist in managing relationships with portfolio company management teams.
• Support the investment team in all aspects of the investment process.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in private equity or investment banking.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
