Experience: Minimum of 6-12 years of experience in procurement within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on Engineering Procurement for Injectables.

Overview:

The role involves developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely sourcing of high-quality Engineering related material. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of pharmaceutical procurement processes, regulatory requirements, and cost-saving strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers, and oversee the vendor qualification process.

- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favourable terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards.

- This role focuses on the acquisition of technical equipment, machinery, and facility services required for manufacturing site

- Manage end-to-end procurement of pharmaceutical machinery, utilities, and equipment for capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.

- Conduct technical evaluations and support vendor selection and qualification processes.

- Ensure all procured equipment and services comply with strict regulatory standards

- Prepare for and support regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring readiness and compliance during regulatory authority reviews.
