Role Purpose

Take full ownership of designing, building, and productionising agentic-AI solutions that automate knowledge-work (e.g., SAP-consultant tasks, proposal generation, data preparation). You start as a hands-on builder, deliver measurable savings within 12 months, and recruit a small specialist team once success criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7 + yrs combined experience in AI/ML engineering or solutions architecture
• Hands-on delivery of at least one AI agent or conversational AI product in production SmythOS
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript, modern LLM frameworks, and browser automation tools
• Solid grasp of SAP ERP data structures and the consulting lifecycle (blueprint ? realization ? go-live)
• Proven use of computer-vision/OCR (Tesseract, Amazon Textract, OpenCV) to parse UI elements
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business needs into technical roadmaps and to hire/lead small agile teams

Preferred

• Certification in SAP (e.g., S/4HANA, SuccessFactors) or SAP BTP extension development
• Experience with Bedrock, Azure AI Studio, or Gemini agent toolkits Amazon Web Services, Inc.
• Familiarity with proposal-automation platforms (Loopio, RFPio) or generative-AI sales tooling
• ML Ops stack exposure (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD for models, ML flow)
• Published or open-sourced agentic-AI projects; speaks at meetups, evangelizes best practice
