Job Description
- You are a dynamic SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with over 8 years of experience, specializing in PMGM (Performance & Goals Management) and SPCDP (Succession & Career Development Planning) modules. Your primary responsibilities will include independently leading configuration and implementation of these modules, conducting workshops to gather business requirements, identifying functional gaps, and providing solutions. You will also be responsible for preparing test cases, conducting end-to-end testing, supporting change release validations, and assisting in go-live preparation, data migration, and post-go-live stabilization. Additionally, you will create SAP tickets, manage issue resolution, prepare process documentation, configuration documents, and user training materials. Collaboration with project managers, leads, and offshore/onshore teams is essential to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables aligned with project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently lead configuration and implementation of PMGM and SPCDP modules

Qualifications Required:

- Expertise in end-to-end testing, application validation, and change release testing

- Proficiency in preparing process documentation and functional specifications
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills
