Job Description
A leading global organization in the premium/luxury segment is looking to hire an Assistant Manager - Trade to support regional business growth and retail expansion across North & East markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with retail partners, store teams, and key stakeholders
- Drive in-store sales performance through stock optimization, merchandising, and execution of marketing initiatives
- Support onboarding of new retail partners and expansion of distribution networks
- Ensure effective implementation of in-store branding and visual merchandising standards
- Track retail performance, gather market insights, and share feedback on consumer trends, product gaps, and opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth supply and execution
Candidate Profile:
- 4-7 years of experience in retail, sales, trade marketing, or channel management
- MBA in Sales & Marketing or any other related field
- Background in premium retail, lifestyle, luxury, or FMCG sectors preferred
