Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, based in New Delhi. The intern will be responsible for supporting daily HR operations, assisting with HR policy development, managing employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and implementing personnel management strategies. Additional responsibilities include managing employee benefits processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software is a plus
