- Support M&A transactions involving branded residential assets, including conducting legal due diligence, advising on transaction structuring, negotiating contracts, and coordinating closing deliverables.
- Partner with external counsel, joint venture partners, developers, and internal business stakeholders to ensure efficient and seamless project execution.
- Oversee and maintain the Group's database of legal precedents, ensuring templates remain up to date, aligned with current operational realities, and reflective of market best practice.
- Provide legal advice on compliance, operations, and residence-related matters to internal teams, joint venture partners, and prospective buyers.
- Handle complex matters with a broader scope, demonstrating increased independence and sound judgement consistent with a 7+ year PQE level of seniority.
- Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience (PQE), including at least 2 years in a top-tier international or regional law firm.
- In-house experience within the hospitality or real estate sectors is advantageous, though not essential.
