Service Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role located in Kannur. The Service Engineer will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and repair of equipment, providing technical support, and troubleshooting issues in field operations. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering efficient and timely service, and accurately documenting service activities.

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing technical resolutions effectively.
• Experience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair tasks for industrial or automotive equipment.
• Strong Communication skills to assist customers and liaise with internal teams.
• Ability to deliver responsive and effective Technical Support to address client challenges.
• Sound knowledge of engineering principles and problem-solving capabilities.
• Technical Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) or a related field.
• Prior experience in the energy or automotive sector is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kannur and travel to client locations as required.
