Amazon Payroll team is looking for talented Business/Data Analyst to develop solutions for better analyzation of input/output metrics while providing the best experience to our customers. As part of this role, the Business/Data Analyst will be working closely with multiple internal teams & stakeholders to analyze data, build inferences, build web pages, integrated dashboards deliver compelling and actionable data insights in terms of reports and dashboards.
Key job responsibilities
This role requires an individual with excellent understanding of SQL and query development, HTML, good business acumen and the ability to work with multiple country businesses and program teams. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and driven by a desire to innovate in this space.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Hyderabad, TS, IND
Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business/financial/data analysis
• Technical skills – Advanced proficiency in SQL/ETL, Microsoft Excel, HTML and statistical analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience with data visualization using Quick Sight, Tableau, Power BI or similar tools
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
• Any Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-5 years in relevant experience as Business Analyst, Data Scientist, Business Intelligence Engineer, Data Engineer, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications
Strong Communication Skills, understanding of content designing and creation will be an added advantage.
