Schedule: 5 Days (Mon–Fri), Night Shift 7 PM to 4 AM

Role Overview

We are seeking a battle‑ready Operations Manager who can take full charge from Day One. This leader must be capable of building a team from scratch, driving operational excellence, and navigating the complexities of US healthcare staffing with confidence. Key Responsibilities

• Establish and scale operations from the ground up
• Lead recruitment, training, and team development initiatives
• Own P&L management and enforce operational strategies, SOPs, and reporting standards
• Drive client communication, negotiations, and relationship management with US‑based healthcare clients
• Ensure seamless execution within MSP/VMS frameworks
• Develop and implement training models to strengthen workforce capability
• Monitor performance metrics and deliver actionable insights

Required Expertise

• Proven experience in recruitment and operations strategy
• Strong command over P&L management and reporting structures
• Solid understanding of US culture and healthcare client expectations
