Franchise Development Manager

Ambros World Foods (AWF) is the parent company ofThe Studs Sports Bar & Grill, one of Indias leading and fastest-growing sports bar chains. We are expanding aggressively and looking for a drivenFranchise Managerto manage franchise lead generation, first-level interactions, and conversion into successful partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound franchise leads.
• Make thefirst callto prospective investors and provide a detailed brand briefing.
• Conductregular follow-upswith prospects to move them through the franchise acquisition process.
  
• Share brand decks, proposals, and financial models with potential partners.
• Maintain CRM / lead trackers with updated follow-up status.
• Coordinate meetings between investors and senior management.
• Support in closing franchise deals by addressing queries and guiding prospects.
• Ensure a smooth handover to the operations team post-deal closure.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• 35 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or F&B/retail expansion.
