Job Position: Associate Position (Tech & Non Tech)

Shift Time: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST (US Shift) - (M-F)

Compensation - INR 3.21 LPA

Location: WINWAY WORLD OFFICES, Vijay Nagar, Indore, M.P.

Eligible Degree & Branches: MBA & B.E/ B.Tech (All Branches) 2024 & 2025 Passout

1.Non Tech Responsibilities

Consults with hiring managers to understand the roles to be filled and the profiles of ideal candidates.

Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.

Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profiles before marketing.

Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.

2.Tech Responsibilities

Support the team in various software development tasks as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Assist in troubleshooting and debugging software issues.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of software applications.
