CDP Manager |(Data Engineering & Analytics)

We are looking for a CDP Manager with a strong background in Data Engineering, Customer Data, and Analytics to lead the development and optimization of our customer data ecosystem. This role is ideal for professionals who have worked with large-scale data platforms, cloud technologies, and customer intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a unified customer data platform by integrating data from multiple sources such as CRM, mobile apps, websites, loyalty programs, and POS systems.
• Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Utilize Python, SQL, Hive, Presto/Trino, Databricks, Azure, and Google BigQuery to process, analyze, and manage large customer datasets.
• Develop customer segmentation, audience creation, and data models to support personalized marketing initiatives.
• Ensure data quality, governance, privacy compliance, and platform performance.
• Collaborate with business, marketing, product, and technology teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Drive customer insights, analytics, and Customer 360 initiatives to improve business decision-making.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, CDP, Data Platforms, or Customer Data Management.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, Hive, Presto/Trino, Databricks, Azure Data Services, and Google BigQuery.
• Experience building data pipelines, data lakes, data warehouses, and customer analytics solutions.
• Exposure to CDP, Customer Analytics, MarTech, or Customer 360 environments is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Treasure Data, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Data Cloud, Segment, or similar CDP solutions.
• Knowledge of Kafka, streaming data, and cloud-based modern data architectures.
