Finance Accountant (Accounting & FPA) 1

Position Summary:

The Finance Accountant (Accounting & FPA) will be responsible for the financial activities including: Daily GL and monthly closing work, preparing the related monthly G/L reports, full accounts reconciliations, quarterly SOX tasks and providing support to internal and external audits, etc. .

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Full G/L journals and posting timely and accurately, upload HFM timely and accurately
• Prepare the monthly BS/PL reports and all related reports
• Prepare Full Accounts Reconciliations timely and precisely
• Prepare quarterly SOX Self-Testing timely and accurately
• 
  Prepare yearly budget and monthly forecast
• Provide strong support to internal and external audits, take quick and proper correction actions
• Ad hoc analysis and tasks assigned by Line Manager

Knowledge, Skills & Experiences

• Good computer skills in spreadsheets and database (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access)
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication skill and team work spirit

• Good Chinese and Japanese in writing and reading will be a plus
• Skills with Microsoft Navision will be a plus

Job Requirements:

• College or University Degree of Finance and Accounting
• 3 to 6 years of the relevant working experiences in MultiNational Corporation .
