Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Superior Customer Experience to Small Business Card Members by offering exclusive benefits and services
- Identify the Mood, Profile & Need of the Customer to maximize spending and recommend the best suited benefits/products while ensuring compliance with guidelines
- Resolve all Customer Queries following established procedures
- Apply Superior Service No Call Handling Skills to provide the best possible solutions and First Call Resolution to Card Members
- Meet Customer, Employee, and Shareholder Metrics goals while highlighting issues through feedback and recommending changes based on customer demands
- Adhere to Quality and Compliance Guidelines, make quick decisions, and respond to customer inquiries
- Work 24/7 & Rotational shifts, including night shifts, in a hybrid environment
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 1 year of meaningful experience in customer service
- Excellent Verbal Communication skills
- Customer Focused with a strong ability to resolve customer issues and address service situations effectively
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills

- Demonstrated Dependability and Self-Motivating Skills, Change Management Ability
- Ability to work effectively within a Team Environment as well as independently
