Associate - Financial Modelling, Private Equity

Responsibilities:

• Our team leads all strategic financial modeling across Amherst, capital raising, investor relationships and diligence responses, and transaction execution and documentation
• Create and maintain financial models and underwriting, including cash flow projections, fund-level waterfalls and IRR calculations, DCF and NPV valuations, sum-of-the parts analyses

  Get Hired
  Prepare presentations and marketing materials, including pitches, responses to diligence requests, and various modeling exercise outputs for investors, senior executives, and Board of Directors
• Collaborate with the team and groups across the organization to generate new ideas, advance existing initiatives, and assist with special projects on an as-needed basis
