Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager plays a key role in supporting the business development function within our staffing and consulting organization. This role is responsible for assisting the sales team with outreach efforts, securing meetings, bringing in new logos, and ensuring smooth coordination across accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the business development team with daily operations and client engagement activities.
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients to schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing sales materials, documentation, and proposal content.
- Maintain accurate records, data entry, and updates within CRM and internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
- Monitor and track sales pipeline activities, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Provide exceptional service to clients and internal stakeholders through timely responses and professional communication.
- Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and social channels to secure meetings and introductions
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups for sales team
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, or a consulting service environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, email outreach tools, and social media.
- Must be strong people person with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable reaching out to new contacts and setting up meetings
