Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will support the HR Generalist and Manager as a strong business partner and administrative expert. Your key responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping, onboarding documentation completion, and organizing employee engagement activities. Your role will contribute to providing an employee experience that aligns with the local business strategies and group direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the Company's HRIS and other relevant systems for accurate and timely record-keeping
- Ensure completion of onboarding documentation and provide a smooth new joiner experience
- Maintain confidentiality of data as per policy guidelines
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities to foster a positive culture
Qualifications Required:
- Post Graduate degree with preference to MBA in HR

- Fluent in written and spoken English and other languages
