Job Description
- The AML Trainer position is primarily responsible for facilitating new hire training, onboarding, and continuous education courses. As an AML Trainer, you will provide feedback to new employees as they progress through the new hire training program and assist in the development of training materials to be utilized across the company. Your role will also involve working closely with new staff during their transition from new hire training to production.
Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating new hire training and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from training to client production, and offering quality control feedback to new employees. It will be your responsibility to analyze new hire performance and comprehension, updating or creating training materials as required. You will also be involved in creating assessments for continuing education courses and providing one-on-one coaching and support to new employees. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating engaging e-learning content for companywide distribution and supporting key Training Team initiatives and goals.
In terms of compliance requirements, you will review and adhere to all firm policies during your employment and relevant policy terms post-employment. This will include reviewing, signing, and complying with various company acknowledgments such as Confidentiality and Security Acknowledgment Form, Confidentiality Policy, Company Communications & Social Media Acknowledgement Form, Employee Policies Acknowledgment Form, and Non-Disclosure Agreement.

The qualifications required for this position include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and corporate training experience. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a related field, one or more years of AML transaction monitoring experience, one year of AML transaction monitoring Quality Control experience, and a CAMS or related professional certification.,
