Job Description
- The Workday Functional Analyst position requires a candidate with deep expertise in Workday configurations and proficiency in at least one primary Workday module to ensure optimal system functionality and process efficiency. Working closely with the Workday Functional lead, you will be responsible for enhancing processes across all AML RightSource locations, implementing new features and modules, and managing system upgrades while maintaining effective communication with all Workday users. You will need to address complex HRIS-related issues promptly by conducting research, resolving problems, and identifying opportunities for automation to enhance existing processes.
Furthermore, you will troubleshoot system errors, support the implementation of data protection measures, disaster recovery protocols, and failover procedures, and collaborate with various teams to ensure that solutions align with operational objectives. Your role will involve providing architectural support to different stakeholders to ensure that Workday HCM solutions are functionally and technically viable, scalable, and in alignment with global standards where applicable. Additionally, you will work closely with business users to update data, tables, entries, and other configurable items in Workday while evaluating solution recommendations both functionally and technically.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience, be proficient in English, have at least 4 years of hands-on experience with multiple Workday modules, and expertise in managing business processes, custom notifications, condition rules, and tenant setup. Experience with custom reports, inbound EIB, Workday implementation tools, and a strong understanding of HR processes and data are crucial for this role. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences are also required. A high degree of security awareness, user-friendliness, and an open mindset towards innovation and service in dynamic environments are essential qualities for this position.

Preferred qualifications include a strong entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative nature, change management skills, leadership experience, and prior Workday Certification. The position may require work outside core business hours due to the Company's operations across different time zones.,
