Purpose :

We are looking for a highly analytical, strategic, and execution-driven Business Analyst to work closely with the CEO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex business problems, and can seamlessly collaborate across functions to drive organizational priorities.

The incumbent will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives, conducting high-impact business analysis, managing cross-functional coordination, and ensuring effective execution of critical business decisions.

Key Responsibilities of the Role :

Strategic Business Support :

• Closely work with the CEO on high-priority strategic initiatives.
• Conduct detailed research, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and business intelligence gathering.
• Analyze business trends, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Support strategic planning and organizational decision-making processes

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Training, Operations, and other business functions.
• Drive alignment and coordination on strategic and operational priorities.
• Facilitate inter-departmental communication and follow-through on action items

Research & Analysis :

• Lead research and analysis for high-priority projects related to corporate strategy and business development.
• Synthesize complex information into meaningful insights and executive-level recommendations.
• Prepare business reports, dashboards, presentations, and strategic documents for leadership review.

CEO Office Support :

• Support and facilitate the CEO's communications, presentations, and business reviews.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, investor decks, strategic proposals, and executive communication materials.
• Optimize the Office of the CEO by improving processes, prioritization, and operational efficiency.
• Support calendar prioritization and capacity-balancing decisions for strategic initiatives

Governance & Execution :

• Organize and facilitate strategy meetings, leadership reviews, and cross-functional discussions.
• Document key strategic decisions, meeting outcomes, and action plans.
• Track progress and ensure accountability among stakeholders for execution timelines and deliverables.

Key Requirements :

Experience & Background :

• Experience : 3-5 years in a similar Business Analyst role in Global Mobility, Overseas Education or similar industry.
• Education : Full-Time MBA is mandatory, preferred from IIMs or Tier-1 MBA Institutes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent business communication and presentation abilities.
• High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities.
• Ability to work directly with senior leadership and manage confidential information.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, business reporting, and data analysis.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
