SAP B1 Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Business One Functional Consultant who will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring SAP B1, supporting implementations, conducting user training, and providing functional support to clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP Business One implementation and support, good understanding of business processes, and the ability to independently interact with clients and translate their requirements into effective SAP B1 solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client business processes and gather functional requirements.
• Configure and implement SAP Business One according to business requirements.
• Handle implementation, customization, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Work closely with technical consultants for required customizations, integrations, reports, and add-ons.
• Prepare functional specifications for technical development wherever required.
• Conduct requirement analysis, gap analysis, and solution mapping.
• Configure and support SAP B1 modules such as:
• Financial Accounting
• Sales & Accounts Receivable
• Purchasing & Accounts Payable
• Inventory Management
• Production / MRP
• Business Partners
• Banking
• Service Management
• Assist in master-data preparation and migration.
• Prepare test scenarios and perform functional testing.
• Conduct UAT and coordinate with clients for issue resolution.
• Provide end-user training and prepare user manuals/documentation.
• Handle functional support tickets and ensure timely resolution as per SLA.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using SAP B1.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for SQL queries, Crystal Reports, integrations, APIs, and custom developments.
• Provide support during go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
• Maintain proper project documentation and issue tracking.
