THE OPPORTUNITY: Be the founding Office Manager at our new Central Office! You won't just be managing an office - you'll be building the operational backbone of a business that inspires thousands. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a company that's growing fast and making waves!

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Office Operations Excellence:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of our new Central Office
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Ensure smooth facility management and office maintenance
  • Handle inventory of office supplies and equipment

Communication & Coordination:

  • Serve as the communication bridge between departments
  • Handle correspondence with professionalism (emails, calls, letters)
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
  • Liaise with external stakeholders with grace and efficiency

Documentation & Data Management:

  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Handle documentation, records, and important paperwork
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documents
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality

Tech-Savvy Administration:

  • Proficient work on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Email management and digital communication
  • Learn and adapt to new software/tools as needed
  • Basic data entry and database management

Problem-Solving & Support:

  • Anticipate office needs and solve challenges proactively
  • Support management in administrative tasks and special projects
  • Handle unexpected situations with calm and efficiency
  • Bring positive energy and solutions-oriented mindset

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Must-Haves:

  • Excellent English - Fluent speaking, reading, and writing
  • Computer Proficiency - Comfortable with MS Office and digital tools
  • 1-5 years experience in office administration or related field
  • Graduate degree (any stream; Post Graduate preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills - You love order and efficiency
  • Professional demeanor - Polished communication and presentation
  • Multitasking ability - Can juggle multiple priorities seamlessly

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in food/hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of vendor management
  • Quick learner with tech-savvy mindset
  • Enthusiasm for working with purpose-driven brands
  • Local to Patiala or willing to relocate to Bahadurgarh area

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: 25,000 - 30,000/month (based on experience)
