Job Description
- You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally. You should provide accurate and complete information using appropriate tools to effectively resolve issues. In addition, you will investigate and resolve customer problems regarding products, services, and billing, escalating complex cases to the relevant department as necessary.
It is essential to accurately document all customer interactions in the company's CRM or ticketing system. You will also be expected to offer guidance on product/service usage, explain company policies, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and company guidelines to maintain service consistency and quality.
The role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers in a clear and empathetic manner. You must focus on maintaining customer satisfaction and enhancing their experience through friendly and positive interactions.
