Amrit Cement is hiring for Strategic Procurement Leadership, Quality-Driven, and Risk-
Controlled Supply Chain.
Key Deliverables:
1. Team Leadership - Lead, guide, and motivate the procurement team for high performance.
2. Material Sourcing & Procurement - Ensure timely sourcing of quality materials at optimal cost.
3. Capex Procurement - Manage capital goods procurement aligned with project timelines.
4. Vendor Management & Vendor Relationships - Develop and maintain a reliable and efficient vendor base.
5. Contracts - ARC's, AMC's & ; CAMC - Negotiate and manage service and rate contracts effectively.
6. Inbound Logistics - Ensure smooth and cost-effective material deliveries.
7. Cost Management - Drive savings through negotiation and cost control measures.

8. Quality Assurance - Ensure procured materials meet required quality standards.
9. Compliance & Documentation - Maintain procurement compliance and accurate records.
10. Inventory & Stores Management - Responsible for managing stores, inventory control, and stock optimization at the plant.
11. Scrap Disposal & Waste Handling - Ensure timely and compliant disposal of scrap and obsolete materials.
12. Adopt Industry Best Practices - Continuously improve procurement and materials processes by benchmarking and adopting best practices.
13. Manage Risk - Identify and mitigate procurement and material related risks proactively.
