HR Operations - Bulk Data Loads

We are hiring an experienced People Services Specialist to support US HR Operations and HR Master Data Management activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in employee lifecycle processes, HR data management, and handling large-scale data transactions across HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Mass Uploads / Bulk Data Loads while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Manage employee lifecycle transactions including hiring, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, benefits, leave management, and exits.
• Perform HR data reconciliation activities and resolve data discrepancies.
• Support HR systems integration activities and troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Maintain HR master data quality and ensure adherence to governance standards.
• Manage HR operations requests, track incidents, and deliver within agreed SLAs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence.

Mandatory Skills:

• US HR Operations experience
• Hands-on experience with Mass Uploads / Bulk Uploads
• Experience in HR data management and employee lifecycle administration
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shared services environment
