Job Description
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Shift: 2 PM - 10:30 PM
Experience: UG: 2-4 Years | PG: 6 Months-1 Year
We are hiring Screening Officers with hands-on experience in End-to-End Background Verification (BGV) including Employment, Education, Qualification, Criminal, and Medical Verification.
Key Requirements:
- End-to-end BGV experience
- Strong documentation & compliance handling skills
- Stakeholder management and candidate coordination
- Good communication skills
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors/ServiceNow preferred)
- Exposure to global stakeholders is an added advantage
- Hybrid work model
