Job Description
Reporting to: Senior Alliance Manager / Channel Partner
Role Summary:
The Alliance Manager will support the execution and growth of CMS IT's partner ecosystem by managing day-to-day partner engagement, sales enablement, and pipeline support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational ownership and deal support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Enablement & Operations
- Manage onboarding and ongoing engagement of regional and national technology partners.
- Serve as the first point of contact for partner operations, enablement, and coordination.
- Support partner certifications, solution alignment, and enablement initiatives.
Sales & Pipeline Support:
- Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities where partner solutions can be leveraged.
- Support joint account planning, deal qualification, and proposal development.
- Track and report partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor alliance KPIs, pipeline contribution, and partner ROI.
- Maintain CRM updates and dashboards (Salesforce / Dynamics).
Qualifications:
- Degree/PG in IT, Marketing, or related field
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
