Job Description
Purpose of the role:
Co -ordinating for Department related administration, Record keeping, and engagement activities.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. To support department for internal communication and administrative needs
2. To coordinate, various organizational actions lead by HR across the function.
3. To support PR PO process for developmental activities for all sub functions
4. To coordinate with vendor on supplies and invoices timely processing.
5. Support budget tracking and invoice processing related to R&D projects.
6. Coordinate with Finance and IBM team for issues related to Payments
7. To support function for timely sample dispatches for various projects and labs.
8. Coordinate among different functions for the Service contract sign off with legal and vendors.
9. To Support R&D team for department engagement activities Arrangements

11. Organize 1:1 for R& D resources with Functional head. (Dr. Shyam)
12. Manage calendar and other logistics support to Functional head. (Dr. Shyam)
Required skills and competencies
1. Good Communication Skills
2. Can read, write, and speak English.
3. Proficiency in MS Office, XL, PPT
