Job Description
Purpose of Role
- Serve as an information steward and brand advocate for the specified category/ brand teams (Brand Portfolio and H&W Solutions- Artistry + India specific Beauty Portfolio- Attitude/ PC + HC & XS) by curating, editing and strategically delivering content across multiple communication platforms specifically for ABO/ PC use and also for OmniChannel Commerce Activations across digital & in-store platforms i.e. Amway Stores, You Tube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times
- Continually raise the bar on creativity, writing fresh content that connects with the desired audience and drives action
- Comfortably vary voice, style, and other characteristics demanded by the specified brands/ categories, or by ABO target audience at hand & PCs
- Stay updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messaging
Principal Responsibilities:
- Work with the category/ brand teams to get and understanding of the short term and long term marketing plans and then develop content strategies accordingly
- Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned brands
- Research and understand the brands needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings
- Write original copy and edit content for a range of brand building and brand education materials
- Collaborate with creative & content agencies for end-to-end content strategy creation & execution from concept development to delivery of final product
- Present copy concepts and final deliverables to internal team
- Revise content strategies based on internal & ABO feedback/direction
- Create & Edit content provided into prescribed formats (ABO Communication materials, PC Communication materials, album/packaging design, Instagram/Facebook/Twitter graphics, one sheets, ad mats)
- Provide ongoing program status and exercise metrics, compliance efforts, measures of effectiveness, planned events and programs
- Deliver a compelling mix of product focused, brand specific and editorial approaches that satisfy needs spanning digital brand storytelling, social engagement, relevant & shoppable content to drive Commerce resulting into ROI-Oriented Content
- Conceives, scripts and produces video content
- Manage vendors/creative resources to produce video, marketing collaterals
- Create various types of content, including written articles, ebooks, case studies, blogs, whitepapers, byte sized content (both static & dynamic/ video etc) that is relevant, differentiated and effective to drive Digital/ OmniChannel Commerce thus making Content ROI-oriented & driving brand growth
- Creating content which will catch maximum customer interest
- Collaborating with the content and marketing team to decide the brand taglines, logo and other promotional material
- Monitor the increase in traffic due to new content and take actions accordingly to improve the traffic metrics
- Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels
- Ensure that the content is compliant with the copyright and data protection laws
- Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand history and plans
- Identify customers needs in relation to the company and write content to cater to those needs
- Conducting research on the key SEO terms and incorporating them into the content to achieve maximum conversion thus driving content effectiveness

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND/OR RELATED EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in managing Digital Commerce, Content & CRM
- Bachelors degree &/or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in content creation, digital content- static & dynamic/ video, digital media, e-commerce, SEO etc
- Proven experience in web content management, content publishing, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development principles.
- Proven experience of best practices in website design, content marketing, Online Content Publication on numerous international Websites, including copywriting
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with multiple content sources.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and content optimization techniques.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot issues related to content publishing
- Ability to travel domestic and/ or international as may be required
